2) Pulpotomy: This treatment is done where Cavity has approached pulp chamber but there are no signs and symptoms of infection.

3) Pulpectomy: Routinely called as RC in adult patients. This treatment is done where cavity is deep, Caries have involved pulp and tooth has signs and symptome of pulpal infection. This treatment is done to save tooth which is extensively affected by caries.

4) SS Crown: – This are preformed stainless steel crown which are fitted on deciduous tooth who’s crown structured is badly destructed by and restored by any of above treatment.

5) Space maintainer: These are of various types. Their basic role is to hold the space Created after loss of deciduous tooth till the eruption of its permanent successor. few examples are band and loop Grown and loop, lingual arch, palatal arch etc

6) Retainers: These are various types of removable or fixed appliances used to correct minor discrepancy in occlusion or alignment of teeth. few examples are !

Z spring Retainer: Used to correct ant tooth cross bit.

labial bow: Used to close anterior teeth spacing or to retract anterior labially placed teeth.

Essix retainers: Are used to hold teeth in place. They are transparent retainers.

7) Tooth Extraction: Sometimes very badly carious tooth/ teeth with signs and symptoms of infection may require extraction which are not restorable by any means treatment.

8) Serial extraction: Sometimes few deciduous teeth need to be extracted when they do not exfoliate according to their dental age. This is done to allow erupting permanent tooth/ teeth to erupt properly at its place.

 9) Pit and fissure sealants: This are filling that is done as preventive measure. This prevents the & theeth from getting decay as the deep pits and on occlusal surface of tooth are sealed fissures with the filling material.

10) Topical fluoride – This is preventive measure. fluoride application is done by applying fluoride gel Carried in foam tray to all teeth. The treatment hardly takes 5-10 minutes but is very Keeping Kids teeth strong and preventing caries.

11) Ortho Treatment: – That is discussed in ortho section. All these are various treatments that are Carried out in kids to prevent or treat the carious tooth or teeth. But the basic and foremost important part is to brush your teeth twice a day and got your regular dental checkup done every 6 months.
